Any student may file a complaint against a student, a student organization, student governing group or university employee alleging violation of the Student Rights and Responsibilities or the student group's constitution, bylaws or policies. Any student may also file a complaint under this section to challenge a university policy or regulation as being inconsistent with the procedures established in the Student Rights and Responsibilities.
Students wishing to pursue such a grievance must exhaust all other relevant and available means to resolve the apparent conflict. Students should also be aware that any decisions reached through the grievance process are not necessarily enforceable by the Office of Student Support & Accountability.
